Pricing

UG offers a 7-day free trial with no payment method required to start. After the trial, you may voluntarily subscribe to continue using UG at ₹740/month (or local equivalent). No automatic billing occurs unless you explicitly subscribe.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. Payment information (e.g., card/bank details) is collected and processed by Razorpay and is not stored on our servers.

Privacy Policy

• No personal data from your Upwork usage is collected, processed, or sent to us.
• The extension stores settings/job stats locally (Chrome storage/localStorage). We do not access, view, store, or share your Upwork credentials or content.
• If you create a UG account to manage your subscription, we store your login email for account access and essential service-related communication (e.g., billing receipts, password resets, critical updates).
• We will only send product tips, offers, or partner-offer emails if you opt in separately. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by contacting imayandigital@gmail.com.
• No analytics tracking in the extension. Our site may use strictly necessary cookies and cookies required by Razorpay Checkout.

Razorpay may set cookies strictly necessary to complete payments (fraud prevention, session continuity). You can control cookies via your browser; blocking these may prevent checkout.

Terms & Conditions

• Use of UG is subject to these Terms. By using the extension/site, you agree to them.
• UG Platform (our software): Do not reverse engineer, attempt to bypass authentication, overload/disrupt the service, resell, or misuse the Services.
• Upwork Platform (third-party site): While using UG on Upwork.com, you must comply with Upwork’s Terms and policies. Do not use UG to violate Upwork’s rules, scrape restricted data, or circumvent Upwork’s security.
• Disclaimer: Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Changes by third-party sites (including Upwork) may affect functionality.
• Governing Law: Laws of India; venue/jurisdiction: competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Trial: 7 days, no payment required. Cancel anytime during the trial at no charge.

For paid subscriptions you can cancel auto-renew at any time; access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new charge you may request a self-service refund from the Manage Subscription page. We will refund the subscription amount minus a 5% non-refundable processing fee that covers payment gateway charges and administrative handling.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the request is submitted. Need help outside the self-service window? Email imayandigital@gmail.comwith your transaction details and our team will review it manually.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Not Applicable: UG is a digital software subscription (Chrome extension). No physical goods are shipped. Access is delivered digitally on successful payment and installation/sign-in.
